This shopping mall was established in December 1993 is located near Kowloon Walled City Park. It underwent a major renovation from October 2005 to December 2006 with 100 million Hong Kong dollars. It officially re-opened on 26 January, 2007.
Kowloon City Plaza comprises some one million square feet of retail space. It includes over 70 retail stores. There is also parking accommodation for up to 400 cars. The main occupant is AEON department store and supermarket on the second and third floor.

If you are not visiting Kowloon Walled City Park, then you don't have to visit this Plaza. There are other shopping malls in Hong Kong that is worth visiting. I'm not much of a shopping person so I can't really tell you which stores has the cheapest, but I believed the cheapest items are the one from the Mong Kok and Nathan road.
