Here’s a step-by-step deposit guide to help you breeze through the lockers at Basement Levels 2 & 3 of Citygate Outlets:

🛅 Step-by-Step Guide to Deposit Luggage at Citygate Lockers

Select Language

Tap the touch screen and choose your preferred language (English is available).

Choose Storage Rental
Select "Storage Rental" from the menu options.

Select Locker Size
Choose between Small or Large locker, then tap OK.
✅ Tip: A Large locker fits:

• One (1) small 20" luggage + one (1) medium 24"
• Or two (2) medium-size suitcases
• Or one (1) large + one (1) small

Make Payment
After confirming size:

• Insert HK$ bills into the slot with the $ symbol
• Or tap your Octopus Card on the yellow reader for faster payment
  💡 Tip: Get an Octopus Card upon arrival — it's useful for lockers, MTR, convenience stores, and more.

Receive Barcode Ticket
A barcode ticket will be printed. At the same time, the locker will automatically open.
📌 Note: You cannot choose your locker manually — the system assigns one based on availability.

Place Your Luggage & Close the Door
Place your bags inside, close the door securely, and keep your barcode ticket — you’ll need it to retrieve your belongings.
