🧳 Citygate Outlets Self-Service Locker Pick-Up Guide | Ngong Ping Travel Tips

Fast | Convenient | Perfect for Ngong Ping Day Trips

If you're planning to explore Ngong Ping 360 right after arriving in Hong Kong, storing your luggage at Citygate Outlets is a smart choice. But here's a helpful tip — don’t skip reading the pick-up instructions! We were too excited to head to the cable car that we didn't pay attention to how we’d get our bags later — and with a long line forming, we had to figure it out quickly.

So, for fellow first-timers, here's a step-by-step guide to make your pick-up stress-free:

📦 How to Pick Up Your Luggage from Citygate Lockers

1. Select Your Preferred Language
Tap the touch screen on the locker terminal and choose your language (English is available).

2. Select "Pick-Up Belongings"
Choose the pick-up option from the main screen menu.

3. Scan the Barcode Ticket
Scan the barcode printed on your deposit receipt. If you still have time left, the door will open automatically.
🟢 No extra charge? The door opens right away.
🔴 Over time? You may be prompted to pay before it opens.

4. Take All Your Belongings
The locker will only open once, so make sure to double-check before closing it.

📌 Pro Tip: Don’t wait until you're back from Ngong Ping to figure this out — save or bookmark this guide before your trip.
