1. Ride a bus to Ternate, Cavite
- Go to Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) or any bus station with routes heading to Naic/Ternate.
- Ask the conductor if the bus passes by Ternate or Maragondon.
- Look for buses with signage: "Ternate via Naic"
- 🕐 Travel Time: 2–3 hours
- 💸 Fare: ₱100–₱150
2. From Ternate Town Proper:
- Take a tricycle to the DENR Registration Area / Jump-off Point
- 🕐 Travel Time: 20–30 minutes
- 💸 Fare: ₱100–₱150 (per person or per trip depending on the driver)
3. Register at the DENR Station
- 💸 Environmental Fee: ₱25
- Optional: Hire a local tour guide (₱1,500 per group – especially needed if you plan to climb the monolith)
1. Route via CAVITEX or MCX–SLEX to Antero Soriano Highway:
- From Metro Manila, take CAVITEX or SLEX to MCX, then connect to Antero Soriano Highway.
- Drive through Naic → Maragondon → Ternate.
- Proceed toward Ternate–Nasugbu Highway and look for the DENR Station (jump-off point for Pico de Loro).

“Pico de Loro Jump-Off Point” or “DENR Ternate”
2. Parking Info:
- There is a designated parking area near the DENR station.
- 💸 Parking Fee: ₱50–₱100 (day rate)
- 🚫 The old trail via Kaybiang Tunnel is closed. Use the new trail via DENR Ternate.
- ✅ Start early! Ideal arrival time: before 9:00 AM
- 🕛 Last registration is usually by 12:00 NN
- 📲 Always confirm local conditions with DENR or local guides before your trip.
