๐ฒWhat to Eat at Mahogany
Market
You can find several karinderya-style eateries on the second floor of the market serving home-cooked favorites. Here’s what we ordered and loved:
✅ Recommended Dishes:
- Bulalo
– ₱350 (Good for 2–3 persons)
→ Hot, flavorful, and perfect after a cold mountain hike - Crispy
Tawilis – ₱650
(Good for 8 persons)
→ Tip: Order the smaller serving for 2–3 people to save money - Saging na saba & coffee – Available at nearby stalls for your post-meal panghimagas
Tagaytay tends to get chilly in the late afternoon, so bring a light jacket if you plan to stay and stroll around after eating. And don’t forget to take in that beautiful Taal Volcano view before heading home!
