When we visited Pagudpud, my friend booked us at Kapuluan Vista Resort. I was still so hyped from our Ilocos Sur tour that I wasn’t even asking where we were going next. ๐คท♀️ I just rode along with excitement (and maybe a bit of exhaustion from all the walking, lol).
What I do remember clearly? The long drive. There was traffic, and it felt like forever getting there! But hey, that’s part of the adventure, right?
๐จ About the Resort
Once we arrived at Kapuluan Vista Resort, we barely even took a moment to rest—we just changed into our swimwear and headed straight for Blue Lagoon. I’ve always been curious if it’s really as beautiful as people say.
๐ฌ Spoiler alert: For me, it’s not as dreamy as Boracay. But I’ll save that story for another post. ๐ This one’s all about the resort.
๐ My Stay Experience
The waves at Blue Lagoon were super strong that day, so we decided to head back to the resort and enjoy their swimming pool instead. It turned out to be the better choice—chill, uncrowded, and safer!
The resort gave me serious probinsiya vibes, in a good way. It's peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and has this breezy, laid-back atmosphere I love.
๐ฝ️ As for the food… it must’ve been okay, because I honestly don’t remember much about it. ๐ All I remember is waking up to crazy strong winds the next morning. It was Holy Week, in the middle of summer, but it felt like the start of the rainy season. Moody weather or coastal charm? You decide.
