If it’s your first time visiting Hong Kong, you’ll want a detailed guide on how to get to the Peak Tram Lower Terminus. While it may seem confusing at first, getting there is actually easy—and scenic!
π‘ Why It Made Our Itinerary
When I was preparing our itinerary for our Hong Kong trip, one of the first things I was excited about was seeing the Symphony of Lights. I had read so many travel blogs and watched YouTube videos showing this iconic light and sound show across Victoria Harbour—and I couldn’t wait to see it for myself.

Aside from riding the Ngong Ping Cable Car, I was really looking forward to riding the Peak Tram—not just because it’s one of the oldest forms of transportation in Hong Kong, but because of the visual illusion you experience while riding it!

Here are some of the best (and funniest) ones — plus some images to match the vibe!

If you’re the kind of traveler who enjoys little magical moments — the kind that makes you stop and smile — you might want to check out the Bodhi Wishing Shrine when visiting Ngong Ping 360. Whether you're superstitious or just a curious wanderer, it’s worth a pause, especially if you’re heading to Tian Tan Buddha or Po Lin Monastery, since the shrine is located right along the way, under what appears to be a serene, leafy Bodhi Tree.
