π»π How to Add a Contact Form in Blogger: Easy Step-by-Step Guide
When I first tried adding a Contact Form to my Blogger site, I struggled because tutorials were either outdated or confusing. It turns out, it’s as easy as 1-2-3, and I want to save you the hassle with this simple guide.

When I started my blog, I wasted so much time searching for the perfect free template on the internet. Until, finally, I found this website that offers not only free but also cute and lovely templates.
Since these templates are free, you will have to make do with what they offer. But with some tweaking and research on how to personalize the template I liked, I finally have my very own blogger design (as you can see in my blog π).

It’s very important to stay connected when dealing with depression. Being with friends or loved ones helps more than you realize. I know how it feels to want to shut the world out — but connection is a lifeline.
Here are 13 practical tips to stay connected when you’re feeling low:

Feeling down from time to time is normal, but when hopelessness and despair linger and refuse to go away, it may be depression. Depression makes it tough to function and enjoy life like you once did. Even getting through the day can feel overwhelming.

When you’re depressed, negative thoughts can feel relentless. Even when you try to remember happy moments, it’s as if a dark shadow pulls you back into sadness. Sometimes, you find yourself worrying about bad things that haven’t even happened yet.

Dealing with depression requires will and energy — two things that feel almost impossible to summon when you’re depressed. Even thinking about simple things like watching TV, shopping, exercising, or spending time with friends can be exhausting. You’d rather stay in bed, sleep all day, or do nothing at all.
