Fast ferry is the most convenient and fastest way to get to Bohol from Cebu or the other way around. It only takes an hour or two, depending on which port you want use. There are two ports in Bohol: Tagbilaran & Tubigon, and in Cebu there are four piers, assigned to specific shipping lines. Sailing via Tubigon port is much cheaper and faster than Tagbilaran.
Please note that these schedules are subject to change without prior notice. It is advisable that you contact the shipping line directly to check on the updated schedules. The assigned Pier for specific shipping line is indicated in the ticket and even posted at the ticketing office.

Important Reminders:
- A firearm must be turned over to the Vessel Captain and head security before boarding. It can only be claimed upon arrival of the vessel at the port of destination.
- No live animals will be allowed on board. Exceptions are fighting cocks, dogs, cats, rabbits and other household pets. This is provided that the passenger presents a Quarantine Permit and the animals are properly caged.
- Pregnant women with less than or equal to 24 weeks or 6 months to a full term must sign a waiver of liability in favor of the carrier and must present, upon boarding the vessel, a medical certificate attesting to their fitness to undertake sea travel, otherwise, the carrier reserves the right to deny them boarding the vessel. Pregnant women with more than the allowable pregnancy period may be denied boarding.

Important Notice:
- No reservation or advance booking. Tickets can only be bought at their ticketing booth at Pier 1 & Pier 3.
- No I.D. presented, no discount.
- They issue the ticket & receipt manually so it's really slow. Most of the locals use this shipping line so there's a tendency for a long line. Make sure to go there at least 15 minutes prior to the trip schedule to make sure you get the ticket. Otherwise, you will wait until the next trip.
