How to Get to Kowloon Walled City Park?

By Foot:
If you're up for a walk, please see below on how to get to the park. Just make sure you bring umbrella or anything that will protect from you the sun.
1. From anywhere in Hong Kong, go to the nearest MTR Station and take MTR to Lok Fu Station. Travel time and fare depends on where you will be coming.
2. Exit at B2 and take the escalator that leads to the ground floor. Just keep right until you see the mini park.
3. Just walk past it, taking the pathway, up to the stairs that will lead you to the main road.
5. At the main road, cross to the other side and keep on walking.
Just in case you checked Google Map and will look for this building as the landmark, don't waste your time because it's located further back, where you're not heading.

They said it only takes a maximum of 10 minutes walk, but it's not. It took us a total of 16 minutes until we saw the children's playground located inside the park, so just keep on walking until you see it.

There are signs along the way, so just follow it. It only gets tricky at the beginning because there's no clear indication as to where it's located. Especially that when you exit the station, there's a mini park that will confuse you with Kowloon Walled City Park.

By Mini Bus:
Option 1: Mini Bus #39M from Lok Fu MTR Station to Tung Tau Estate
1. From Lok Fu Station walk for about 3 minutes to Lok Fu Plaza Phase 2 Public Transport.

2. Take the mini bus #39M heading to Tung Tau Estate and get off the Carpenter Road bus stop. Travel time is about 3 minutes and fare is HK$3.60.

3. To get back to where you came from, just follow the same direction, just the other way around.

We just walked going to the Kowloon Walled City Park, but on our way back and after we window shopped at Kowloon City Plaza, we got lost. We can't understand much of the Chinese characters in the street so we just fell in line in the very first bus stop we found. And because of this, we found out another way. See below:

Option 2: Green Mini Bus #25M

1. From Kowloon Walled City Park, pass through the Kowloon Walled City Plaza and head to the exit at the main road.

2. Cross to the other side of the street and look for the bus station for the Bus #25M.
3. Get off at Mong Kok MTR Station and take MTR anywhere you're heading. The trip is longer, but there's not traffic so if you are already around that area, just take the #25M green mini bus. Fare is HK$5.50. Travel time is about 11 minutes.
