✅ Step-by-Step Guide: Civil Wedding Application in Taguig (2025)

📋 Step 1: Prepare Your Documents

Whether you’re marrying a Filipino or a foreigner, make sure you photocopy all documents twice before visiting the City Hall. It saves a lot of time.

📑 BASIC REQUIREMENTS (for both applicants):

✅ Original PSA Birth Certificate (Readable; with Affidavit of Discrepancy if applicable)
✅ CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage from PSA; valid for 6 months)
✅ Pre-Marriage Certificate (from Taguig City Health Center)
✅ Barangay Certificate/ID (proof of residency)
✅ Valid Government-Issued ID (PhilHealth ID not accepted)

🔍 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

🧒 For 18–25 Years Old:

✅ Advice Upon Intended Marriage (for ages 21–24)
✅ Consent of Father (for ages 18–20)
✅ DSWD Pre-Marriage Counseling Certificate
✅ Parents’ Personal Appearance (with valid IDs)

💔 For Annulled / Widow / Widower:

✅ Court Decision & Certificate of Finality
✅ Death Certificate of Former Spouse (if applicable)
✅ Annotated PSA Marriage Certificate (for annulled applicants)

🌍 For Foreign Applicants:

✅ Certificate of Legal Capacity to Marry (from your embassy, with English translation if necessary)
✅ Passport (original and photocopy of bio page and latest arrival stamp)
✅ CENOMAR from PSA (still required)

📆 Step 2: Book Your Appointment

Go to the Taguig City Online Appointment System and schedule an AM or PM slot. You don’t get to choose a specific time, so arrive early for faster processing.

📸 Don’t forget to take a screenshot or print your appointment confirmation—they will ask for this at the entrance.

🧾 Step 3: Pay the Marriage License Fees

At the Taguig City Hall, you'll be directed to pay the following:
