πŸš‰ How to Get to Ocean Park Hong Kong by MTR (2025 Update)

πŸš‰ Getting to Ocean Park Hong Kong is Now Easier Than Ever!

Gone are the days when we had to take a bus or haggle with a taxi just to get to Ocean Park. On our first visit, it felt like such a hassle—especially if you’re unfamiliar with Hong Kong’s bus system or short on time. But this time? It was a breeze!

The MTR South Island Line has made reaching Ocean Park super convenient, and I couldn’t be happier about it.

πŸ—Ί️ How to Get There by MTR

Wherever you are in Hong Kong, just head to the nearest MTR station and travel toward Admiralty Station. That’s the interchange where you can transfer to the South Island Line, which will take you directly to Ocean Park Station.

πŸš‡ Admiralty Station ➝ Ocean Park Station (South Island Line)

Once you arrive at Ocean Park Station, take Exit B—you’ll pop out right in front of the park’s entrance.

🎟️ Extra Tips:

🎫 Ticketing: If you haven’t booked your ticket online yet (I usually use Klook or KKday for discounts), no worries—the ticketing window is just on the left after exiting the station.

πŸ“Έ Photo Opportunity: There's a cute Ocean Park backdrop near the entrance—grab a quick picture before the crowds rush in!

πŸ•’ Arrive Early: Beat the long lines for cable cars, shows, and animal encounters by getting there when the park opens.

🧳 Bonus Tip: If you're staying near Central or Causeway Bay, it's a quick 15-minute ride with fewer train changes—super efficient!

Planning a trip to Ocean Park? πŸš‡ Skip the taxi stress—take the MTR straight to the park!
