Quezon Adventure Hotel, Resort and Restaurant (First Quezon Premier Hotel)

This hotel is easy to spot because of the unique arch with a dinosaur beside it.  When I first saw the arch, I thought it’s an animal park not a hotel. You might think the hotel is the building behind the Sioland Starshop, but it’s not.  You have to walk pass by that building to get to the main location.
It's my second time visiting Quezon Province and I decided on staying here since it piques my curiosity. It was also featured in one of the local travel shows so my expectations are high for this hotel.
Standard Suites
I booked at one of the standard rooms, good for 2, located at the ground floor. The rate per night per room is Php1, 650.00 including breakfast. The room is just right, don't expect too much.  Their shower room is too normal, and no shower curtains so when you take a shower expect water on the floor.
Premier Suites

King's Palace function hall
There's a sofa in the room but it's dirty and holes.  Same as the bed sheet, dirty too and kind of smelly. There's a phone on the wall but it's not working. I tried using it on my first night when somebody's turning the knob of my room, but it's just for show.
And when I called using my cellphone to report the incident, they said it's just my neighbor making a mistake. It's my first time traveling alone and staying in a hotel and that really made me so scared. I'm not sure if it's true or somebody was really trying to open the door.
 Beef Tapa

The hotel has swimming pools but it's not exclusive for guests so expect a lot of people. I like their restaurant, Green Nature, specially the wooden furniture, although the breakfast is a let down. They don't have any options and served whatever is available. I don't mind having what's available, but for it to be cold, that's not acceptable.
For events, they have the King's Palace function hall that can accommodate a maximum of 500 people. Rate is Php15, 000.00 for venue only. The pictures in their website are not updated so don't expect they look the same when you get there. I will not stay in this hotel again, unless they make improvements.
They have two branches one at Candelaria and in Lucena City.  The phone number in the key chain they will give you at Lucena branch is for Candelaria's branch.
