When our flight back to Manila wasn't available directly from Bohol, we returned to Cebu and spent our last night at Summit Circle Hotel, instead of our original plan to rebook at Sampaguita Suites. Why the change? Our friend, who was supposed to join us, already had a reservation here—so we gave it a try.

🍴 The Only Downside

While breakfast was good, we tried their buffet lunch, and unfortunately, some dishes didn’t taste freshly cooked. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it’s worth noting if you’re planning to dine in.

🚖 How to Get to Summit Circle Hotel

From Mactan Cebu International Airport:

🛣️ Take the Marcelo Fernan Bridge → go past Mandaue City → follow Ouano Ave and Sergio Osmeña Blvd → turn right at Maxilom Avenue

🚶 For Street-Level Drop-Off:

• Turn left on F. Ramos Street
• Alight at the Summit Circle driveway (to your right)
• Take the elevator to the hotel lobby on the 4th floor

🚗 For Parking / Hotel Lobby Drop-Off:

• From Maxilom Avenue, enter Fuente Osmeña Circle
• Turn right onto Osmeña Boulevard
• Make a U-turn to access Robinsons Place Fuente parking
• Hotel parking and lobby are on the 4th floor

Despite the buffet hiccup, I loved the location, accessibility, and comfort. It’s a great base for short stays in Cebu City, especially if you’re catching an early flight or doing some last-minute pasalubong shopping.
